Sometimes we get so caught up in a daily routine that we sort of lose sight of why we do things and at times even why we started doing what we do. This happens to individuals and it actually also happens to companies as we found out right before sitting down to right this page down. People question us about why we decided to specialize so much in spray foam insulations. Could we not have been a company that offered insulation as a global concept and then allowed clients to chose the method that they preferred? We actually started out doing that, and it wasn’t until later that we essentially married spray foam. What is interesting about that, is it really defined our goals as a company.
What we find is that when you are a very broad company you think that you are going to be a better option for clients because you are not having to biased and defend one particular product or method. Plus, you are providing the client with alternatives. The reason that didn’t work for us is because, we found ourselves being biased. We knew that this type of insulation was the best across the board yet, we still had to do other installations that we knew we are going to give people fits even if we did our job right. Today we are a company that can be honest with clients. If you have read through the site you know that we talk about some of the things that spray foam gets knocked for and we can not only get the job done right but look the client in the eye and feel no shame because we provide a quality finish!
